Customer service is excellent! Every message I sent to them was replied to quickly and professionally! I was able to track the PC the entire time. Delivery was about 1.5 weeks after ordering from China to Ky in the US. Package was left by my front door by DHL which could have been bad, had a theiving neighbor seen it first, but luckily all worked out. I was able to configure settings through the DHL site to receive text messages and/or emails regarding shipping and transport. As for the PC, it’s amazing! My son is ecstatic about it. It runs fast and I was given exactly as I ordered. 16GB, 1TB M2SSD, 2TBHDD, WiFi, etc....I couldn’t be more happy choosing this company. I searched for about 3 weeks trying to find the best price for the best quality and PC guts and they’ve definitely came through. It runs all his favorite games without glitching and with such ease. He plays Roblox, Fortnite, GTA, Minecraft, FarCry, COD, etc. I haven’t even put him on the 5G WiFi connection yet, only the 2.
